Samantha Ladwig is a writer and co-owner of Imprint Bookstore in Port Townsend, Washington.
Her writing has been published by The Cut, Literary Hub, Bustle, Vulture, Real Simple, Vice, BUST magazine, Apartment Therapy, and others. Over the years, her work has landed her spots on podcasts like Tell Me About Your Mother, KPTZ Radio Port Townsend, and Historical Hotties, as well as presented her with opportunities to attend - and sometimes cover - events like AFI Fest, Telluride Film Festival, Seattle International Film Festival, and the Academy Awards.
Prior to owning a bookstore, Samantha was a film cataloger at the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences. She holds a BA in History from Seattle University and an MA in Archives and Records Management - with a focus on moving image archives - from Western Washington University.
